‘Turning the Ties’: Organization aims to help [individuals with justice involvement] find work after prison

Participants in our Employment Services and Alternatives to Incarceration (ATI) program were proud of their new tie-making abilities. As participant Edward Washington noted, “It makes me feel great. It makes me feel loved. It makes me feel like somebody. It makes me feel like I can be somebody.”
