    The Social Worker is responsible for conducting psychosocial assessments to screen candidates and advocate for their placement in Fortune’s Alternative to Incarceration (ATI) program; writing proposed individualized treatment plans; advocating for community social services and public entitlements for participants; and collaborating with ATI program staff and other service providers to ensure participants’ achievement of treatment plan goals.
