    Position Summary:

    The Fortune Academy, or “the Castle,” provides emergency and transitional housing to 62 homeless, justice-involved men and women at a time.  Residents usually stay for up to 12 months, but may stay longer depending on their individual needs. During their stay, residents work with staff in building pro-social skills to maintain sobriety, address health needs, and achieve housing stability.  All residents are required to be engaged in supportive services, and all have access to Fortune’s continuum of care to address individual needs.

    Position Summary:

    Under the direct supervision of the Senior Director of Evaluation and Quality Improvement (EQI), the Program Analyst supports Fortune Society’s programs through evaluation of data related to service delivery and outcomes.  The position engages directly with assigned programs to develop system improvements, using brain-storming, root cause analysis and other tools/techniques to enhance overall operating efficiency and effectiveness of programs and the quality and timeliness of their internal/external reporting capabilities.
