S/he will primarily focus on serving as the Agency’s lead in position description development, job classifications, applicant sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks, background checks, compliance, negotiations and offers, and support new staff onboarding processes.     Position Summary:

    Under the direct supervision of the Associate Vice President of Programs, the Data Analyst supports Fortune Society’s programs through evaluation of data related to service delivery and outcomes.  The position involves identifying and determining data point for collection, working with IT staff to insure data collection points are available within the database, generating routine and ad-hoc reports that supports the program by monitoring activities, contract performance and program milestones.

    Position Summary:

    The Fortune Society is seeking to fill the position of Training Specialist, under the supervision of the Senior Director of Jail-Based and Reentry Services. The Training Specialist (TS) will be responsible for preparing, developing, managing, coordinating and conducting all trainings within the Employment and Education Services and Individualized Corrections Achievement Network (EES/ICAN) arena. The TS will work in concert with the Senior Director to identify areas requiring training and make training recommendations and evaluate and document training activities.  The TS will provide support to the Training Coordinator, who is responsible for organizing client trainings.

    Position Summary:

    Under the supervision of the Manager of Case Management. The Case Manager will provide comprehensive, reentry services to individuals with criminal justice system involvement, many of whom are reintegrating into the community.  The Case Manager will conduct orientations, assessments, provide support with work readiness preparation, offer job-related case management and coaching, career path exploration, and support with job retention. In addition, the Case Manager will conduct career aptitude assessments (LSCMI), facilitate individual and group information sessions, support with creating career plans and identifying resources and labor market information, while working in collaboration with other internal and external partners to ensure wrap around supports are in place for clients to be most successful throughout their career development process.
