The Merriest of Christmases
Dec. 16 was an incredibly happy pre-Christmas day for more than two dozen families at The Fortune Society’s Long Island City headquarters.
The nonprofit organization that helps formerly incarcerated individuals get back on their feet hosted a holiday festival for 25 families, giving some of them their first chance to experience the joy of the Christmas season together.
