New Syracuse Housing Project Completed For Area’s Re-Entry Population

Modeled after Fortune’s The Castle in Harlem, Freedom Commons, a new public housing complex for justice involved people, is officially open. These homes, made possible by the Center for Community Alternatives and Syracuse Housing Authority, exemplify the innovation and compassion needed in housing programs for formerly incarcerated people.
