In honor of Black History Month, our Young Adult Literacy Program (YALP) education program participants have launched an exhibit that showcases the rich history and contributions of African Americans on U.S. history. Our students collaborated to research, write, and curate the exhibit—and as a final assessment narrated the story behind each historical figure or event.
