President of Union Square Events and a Board Member of The Fortune Society since 2018, Anthony is a 30-year veteran in the New York hospitality industry and has mentored numerous Fortune participants through hospitality training and culinary workshops, providing sustainable career solutions that strengthen our communities.  

Alice Marie Johnson: Changing Minds, Building Lives Award Recipient 

Criminal justice advocate and founder of the Taking Action for Good Foundation, Alice was granted clemency in 2018 and a full pardon in 2020. She now dedicates her life to supporting incarcerated individuals and advancing meaningful criminal justice reform, including helping catalyze support for the First Step Act.  

Dr. Topeka K. Sam, Reentry Champion Award Recipient 

Since her release from federal prison in 2015, Dr. Sam has built thriving businesses and nonprofits supporting justice-impacted individuals, serves on multiple boards, speaks widely on justice issues, is developing TV and film projects inspired by her fight for reform, and has earned national recognition for transforming the lives of those impacted by the criminal legal system.
