Joshua L. Steiner has been involved with The Fortune Society since 2014. Mr. Steiner is the co-Chairman of the Board of Castleton Commodities and a senior adviser at Bloomberg, L.P., where he was previously Head of Industry Verticals. While at Bloomberg, he worked closely with a dedicated group of colleagues to design and implement an innovative fellowship program, offering a pathway to long-term employment and sustainable income for individuals with incarceration histories. Recipient of the Reentry Champion Award
Nancy Lopez came to Fortune over 30 years ago seeking services after involvement with the criminal justice system. Her skills were quickly recognized, and she was hired onto the Fortune team. Nancy has a wealth of direct service experience and has been instrumental in implementing various programs within The Fortune Society. She currently serves as the Director of Admissions. Recipient of the Changing Minds, Building Lives Award
Stanley Richard’s professional experience began in 1991, where he initially worked as a Fortune counselor. Today, Mr. Richards is the second-highest executive and responsible for the overall management of Fortune and our direct service programs. He is also the first formerly incarcerated individual to serve as Vice Chair to the NYC Board of Correction, a regulatory oversight body, setting minimum standards of care, custody and control of people incarcerated in NYC jails.
