12 - 6 PM
Socrates Sculpture Park, 32-01 Vernon Boulevard, Long Island City, NY 11106
Join our Fortune Creative Arts for a full day of hands-on art-making workshops, live music, spoken word performances, food for purchase and more. Founded in 1967, The Fortune Society’s vision is to foster a world where all who are incarcerated or formerly incarcerated will thrive as positive, contributing members of society. The festival was a powerful celebration of imagination and creativity’s healing and transformative powers.
The event is free. No RSVP is required.
We encourage all in attendance to come prepared to join us on the waterfront! Bring sunblock, blankets, chairs, and your friends and family to hang out with us.
