    Position Summary:

    Under the supervision of the Senior Director of Community Services & Adult Mentoring Program, the Community Operations Supervisor will be responsible for the successful implementation of the I-CAN Community Services aspect of the I-CAN program and the achievement of all Milestones during the contract period. The supervisor will work out of both Fortune’s office at our main service center in Long Island City, Queens, as well as at Riker’s Island.

    Position Summary:

    The Senior Director of Court Advocacy is responsible for overseeing court operations in Brooklyn, the Bronx, Manhattan and Queens, and on Rikers Island in the parole revocation hearing center. The Senior Director will report to the Associate Vice President of Program Services.

    Position Summary:

    I-CAN is a jail-based community reentry program expected to reduce recidivism of detainees who have been identified as being high risk for re-incarceration (repeat offenders). The goal is to support them into reintegration into the community, with their families and preparation for their continuum of sentence.

  • Senior Director of Scattered Site Housing

    Position Summary:

    The Senior Director will have direct oversight of all building programmatic operations.  The Senior Director will also be responsible for resident selection, contract management, reporting, data collection, and community relations. On-site services for residents include: case management/counseling, crisis intervention, life skills training, family reunification, and other direct and collateral services.  The Senior Director will report to the Associate Vice President of Housing and will directly supervise three (3) Program Supervisors.  The Senior Director will be responsible for the overall performance of the project measured by the success of our tenants.
