Leonard joined Fortune Society in July 2011 to oversee the I/T and Evaluation and Quality Improvement (EQI) functions. Leonard has more than thirty (30) years of nonprofit experience that encompass all aspects of nonprofit financial management, facilities operations, systems development, human resource administration and program management. Most recently, he served for eleven (11) years as the Chief Financial Officer of an organization that provides housing and support for people with psychiatric disabilities. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of an organization that provides services to people with HIV/AIDS; during the last year of his tenure there, he served as Interim Executive Director. He has a bachelor’s degree from SUNY at Binghamton.
