Volunteers and interns play an essential role in supporting the work we do at The Fortune Society. Working in various departments throughout the agency, volunteers aid our staff in myriad ways, including: tutoring, helping us respond to the thousands of letters we receive from incarcerated men and women each year, clerical work, maintenance, data entry, research, and special projects – to name only a few.  We are particularly glad to welcome formerly incarcerated individuals interested in giving back to their communities through service with Fortune.

We welcome all volunteers who are willing to contribute their time, energy, and expertise, and we work hard to accommodate even the busiest of schedules.  If you have a special talent, chances are we can find a way to use it.
