The Employment Services program at The Fortune Society is designed to meet the needs of a broad range of job seekers with criminal records.

We help clients who have significant work to do before becoming work-ready, as well as those who need help developing a professional resume, refining their current skill-set, or simply learning to articulate themselves to potential employers. Our dedicated team strives not only to help participants meet their immediate and long-term professional goals, but also to manage other issues – such as substance dependency or a lack of access to benefits and entitlements – that can interfere with getting and keeping a job.  In this way, Fortune provides a path towards independence.
