Bill came to Fortune first, in 2006, as a volunteer in the Education Department. The scope of his responsibilities as a volunteer included assisting in the computer lab and teaching GED (General Equivalency Diploma)  prep classes. In June of 2010, Bill was offered the position of IT Director for The Fortune Society, and he accepted.  His prior professional experience includes developing software and applications for Wall Street Banks and Investment Houses. Bill has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Manhattan College and a Masters in Economics from New York University.
