Sarah Netburn

Sarah Netburn is Chief Counsel to the Pro Se Office for the U.S District Court for the Southern District of New York. Previously, she was a partner at Emery Celli Brinckerhoff & Abady LLP (“ECBA”), a leading civil rights law firm in New York City. There, she represented a wide variety of clients, including individuals incarcerated in city jails, non-profit organizations, employees in discrimination lawsuits, and individuals and corporations in commercial disputes. Before joining ECBA, she clerked on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit for the Honorable Harry Pregerson.
