Jean Jeremie

Originally from Haiti, Jean Jeremie is a CPA with more than 20 years experience working in the non-profit sector. Jean began his professional career with a public accounting firm specializing in service to non-profits and healthcare providers and has worked almost exclusively with non-profit organizations since inception. In 1991, Jean joined the accounting staff of the American Museum of Natural History where he was primarily responsible for managing the financial records of the Hayden Planetarium and the Museum’s endowment fund. His tenure at the Museum was followed by senior management positions at The Fortune Society, New York City Mission Society, The Fund for the City of New York and, currently, The Fresh Air Fund, where he is the Chief Financial Officer. Jean attended CUNY-Brooklyn College where he was graduated with a BS in Accounting and an MA in Political Science, with a concentration in Public Policy and Administration.
