Yvette Brissett-Andre is a non-profit executive with sixteen years of progressive experience in Budgeting, Management, and Operations.  She has a strong acumen in cash management, budgeting, cost allocation, and housing development.  Additionally, Ms. Brissett-Andre’s areas of expertise range from private institutes to community-based organizations and government agencies.  Currently, Ms. Brissett-Andre is the Chief Executive Officer of Unique People Services (UPS), which she joined in 2008. Yvette holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from CUNY/Baruch and a Bachelor’s of Science from SUNY/Plattsburgh.
