Peggy Arroyo
Senior Director of ATI Programs and Family Services
Alternative-to-Incarceration (ATI) and Family Services are overseen by Peggy Arroyo, Senior Director of ATI and Family Services. Peggy has served in this position since 1997, and is responsible for overseeing the implementation of all non-clinical ATI programs at Fortune as well as supervising program staff, ensuring timely reporting, ensuring achievement of contractual goals and objectives for both departments, preparing reports, and training staff, among other duties. She came to Fortune with nearly 20 years of experience in directing and coordinating family and literacy programs in correctional or reentry settings, including as a Parenting Instructor at Metropolitan Correction Center, as the Director of the Health Horizons Program at WomenCare, and as the Coordinator of the Literacy Program and Director of Family Services at the Single Parent Resource Center. She possesses a Bachelor’s Degree from Fordham University in New York and served as a Revson Fellow at Columbia University from 1993-1994.
