Benefits
The Fortune Society is committed to providing employees with a collegial and supportive working environment, competitive compensation and a generous benefit package, including:

3 weeks accrued vacation per year to start;
- Medical, dental and vision insurance offered at an 80/20 split;
- 10 paid sick days, 5 paid personal days and 11 paid holidays per year (prorated based on date of hire);
- Life insurance equal to two times annual salary (up to a maximum of $200,000.00); and
- Short Term/Long Term disability.
